It seems that right now in the US (and the world) chaos is the norm. Society seems to thrive on chaos today, every day there is new twist or surprise. The news is full of chaos and suffering. Dramas and documentaries always have a twist and surprise that introduces the unexpected to the narrative. Entertainment media seems to thrive based on the chaos of the personal lives of music, movie, TV and online stars.
God however is never surprised by any of this. Nothing is happening that He is not aware of. He knows what is happening to everyone, everywhere, all the time. He knows what happened last year, last week, yesterday, and what will happen today, tomorrow, and next year. So, God is still in charge. That has not changed, it will not change. What is changing, and what can change, is how people, including YOU, choose to respond to God.
